Honor the Memory of the
6 Million
on Yom HaShoah
Tuesday, April 14 from 9 AM - 7 PM
Our Congregation will remember the 6 million Jews that were murdered in the Holocaust with a ceremony that will last the entire day. From 9 AM – 7 PM we continually recite names of Holocaust victims in front of our synagogue. Please sign up for a 15-minute time block to volunteer to read names or stop by throughout the day to remember and reflect on atrocities of the Holocaust. Families can sign up to read together.
At 7:00 PM, we will join together to remember the 6 million Jews who were murdered during the holocaust, with a short service filled with prayers, songs, and personal testimony. We'll hear members of our Temple share their family's stories. Join us to mark this meaningful moment on our Jewish Calendar as our service will be organized by our Temple Emanu-El Men's Club.
